Hurricane Katrina
I'm amazed watching the news reports out of Louisiana. One of the newsreporters either on Weather Channel or CNN have now described this as a "Catastropic Storm". It could even be the largest tropical storm to ever make landfall in the U.S. Even Michigan is at the end of the "cone" projected path. Of course it would just be a very bad storm when it gets that far, but for a storm to last that long is simply amazing. This could actually be the nightmare scenereo for New Orleans. We should all hope and pray that everyone can evacuate in time and keep them in our thoughts. Tomorrow is certainly going to be a long day for those near this storm.
